(CATD) Center of Awareness Training and Development.
He has particular expertise in Social Mobilizer, Event Organizer, , Data Collection, processing and analysis, logistic assistance, mixed method researches (Qualitative and Quantitative), , tools translation from English to Urdu and Pashto. His experience has included food distribution, data verification and validation, research and, office management, administrative activities, documentation in soft and hard, training of new staff, facilitation of field staff, health and hygiene activities during disasters.

· Prepare recruitment Packs and plan the completion of onboarding formalities.

· Collate all leave requests for onward sharing with Sr HR Executive/ Units Head Sales& Services for onward sharing with UNICEF for approval.
· Inform concerned staff members on status of their leaves approval.
· Compile daily attendance, martin leave record/accrued leave balance of the outsource staff.
· Visit Training Venues on date for training to facilitate and record attendance.
· Facilitate staff members in filling out/preparation of insurance documents /claims, collect the completed documents for onward sharing with CR Department at HO.
· Physically handing over disciplinary letters to the concerned staff and taking receiving of the same.
· Conduct field visits for monitoring of attendance during pre and intra campaign phases.
· Receiving/ recording staff resignation from the field.
· Initiation of Resignation query in the system.
· Distribute PPEs at BHU/support center level before each campaign as per PPEs distribution plan.
